I got a cardigan sweater for my self and 2 lap blankets for Christmas gifts. All 3 came fast and in good condition. I would order from you again and recommend you to others.

An item is on backorder the one thing I needed the most. This has happened before and I had to cancel due to it going on backorder several times. I am still waiting for one of my carpet runners. I did get 3 out of 4 items.
My shopping experience was great, however, when I checked out and paid, they didn't apply my free shipping. So I was charged for shipping even though I put in the code on my order page.

Collections offers some neat items, at great prices. Ordering is a breeze, and shipments arrive in a timely fashion.
I rated products/service 3 stars because I was unable to use the stake that came with the Christmas Tree stake. Too little of the stake screwed into the base of the tree, making the tree top heavy. I improvised by removing the stake and attaching the Christmas Tree to the front of a stump.

Easy to order and saved on special today. I do have a big concern about ordering on your website because my internet protection says your site is unsafe and didn't recommend me using your site. I hope I didn't make a mistake ignoring that advice.
The last two times I have ordered there were missing items. I called to report this and the missing items were quickly sent to me. I have shopped with your company for many years and have been very satisfied with the products. I also told the girl I talked to that the shipping department is doing a terrible job taping up the boxes. When I received this order the bottom of the box was open more then half way across. I am very surprised my items did not fall out. There was one strip of tape on the bottom and it was not holding. Other then this I have not had a problem with your company. Thank You, Ruth Evans
