.I have never been disappointed with any order from Collections!

I don't like having to pay a processing fee. The vast majority of online web sites do not charge for this.
The ordering process was easy and doable. The arrival time of my order was okay, not really great. However, the order was accurate and the packaging good.

One item I received was broken and I did not receive 2 other items I called them were happy to resolve this. I received 3 different packages and the last one was not packaged very good with 7 items floating around in a big box with no stuffing holding it secure. I do a lot of shopping here it seemed a little bit careless of packaging and not putting all items in.

My experience with collectionsetc was excellent. I will but again in the future.

I ordered something that ended up being too large. I want to return it. I called Customer Service on 11/24/17 and was told it would take 24-48 hours for me to receive a return label via email, and that I would be charged $7.99 for this "service." It is now 11/27/17, no return label received. I will mail back the products and expect to be credited a refund.

Easy to understand directions for ordering and using promo codes.
However, the rug has a distinct pink cast to it, when the picture in the
Catalog showed it more tan and brown. But shipping it back would have
Been costly and it's nothing I can't live with for a few years.
