I enjoy shopping in your catalog when everything was $14.99 but i get excited on something in the book then find it's out of my budget. Everything i have bought is good quality and what i expected

For the most part all was good, the only thing I didn't like was the dog items, which I will be sending some of it back. I do like collections, the bedspread I order I love it, hopefully I can find the one like it for summer season.

Good experience in ordering on line. Would have been better if the free shipping code would populate automatically.

Collections is the only site that gives me problems checking out with Paypal.I have to do it several times. Also
on previous order when you owe me a refund and I call you never refund the monies...I call again and no record of it. Hmmmm

I have purchased from Collections on several occasions. Some of the items are really great but I have also received some items that I feel were not worth the money I paid for them. I wish there was a local store in my area where I could see these products first hand.
