I have been a steady customer with Collections and have been mostly satisfied with my merchandise. I've ordered so many times that it's hard to mention just one item.

Was easy to look through the merchandise and like produce detail infor.
Quick easy ordering and all item were in stock - no back ordering. I love that. After getting my order ready to place, I did find that one of the items was on backorder. I started to cancel the order, but then decided to give them a chance. The item actually came a week earlier than was told to me, so I'm a very satisfied customer.
I find a lot of great gift ideas at Collections, etc. and the variety of items for stocking stuffers is great.

I like the large selection of items they offer --- you can ALWAYS find something for everyone.
I would like it even more if they offered 'FREE shipping'... not just when you purchase $100 or more.

I have had several orders from you recently and all have been on time and exactly what I wanted until the last one I got. I got the wrong cat rug and I ordered a purse which I did not get at all and was sent a cat toy which I did not order, I don't even have a cat. I was very upset about this. I was given a credit for the purse and rug but he did not bother to reorder what I actually wanted. First time this has happened all the years I have been buying from you. Not a happy camper.
