Great gift ideas

Very good

The quilt that I ordered was fine,but I returned the curtains as I did not like the style. I have not gotten a refund yet for them. I will be calling customer service today.

I love Collections, etc. I have ordered many times and have never been disappointed.

The only issue is the slow shipping. If you forget some occasion and need something in kinda a hurry, your forced to buy elsewhere, because with collections, it will take a good 2 weeks to receive the item you purchased. Sorry but true. Still continue to shop with you!

The cat Christmas tree is beautiful, albeit smaller than we expected. The cat Christmas outdoor decorations are adorable and priced right. Shipping was timely. We'll be shopping from here again. They have lots of specialty items that you cannot find anywhere else.

I love shopping with collections, however, a product that I ordered as a Christmas gift was expired and although I received a credit, I would have preferred the product but it was out of stock. I didn't even get a suggestion for another product.

I ordered the Race Car Pet Bed with Removable Cushion. I think it's even cuter than pictured. I can't comment as to whether my Ileana would be in love with it as I bought it as a gift for the local cat rescue. But it's really, really cute!

You offer free shipping and then add a handling charge onto the order. Handling is part of shipping, so it's not entirely free after all. If I recall, there is no handling fee when ordering from the catalog.
