I may be mixed up with the dates here. I called to talk to someone because I had ordered #******* Isabella Ruffled Curtain Set (Cream) and when I received the order there was only one curtain in there, the left side. I told her this and she said they would send out another pair so I could hang them in my new condo. She said they probably would not be sent until Aug. 28. I said that was ok but I have not received this replacement order yet. The date of the original order was June 17. Is this what you are talking about? Otherwise my experiences with Collections, etc. have been very positive. That is why I continue to buy from them.

Whenever I need anything, I search Collections, Etc first because of the low prices and low shipping costs.
My overall experience has been very positive. I didn't receive the salt and pepper shakers with my original order and was billed for them so I called customer service and I received a replacement. I am still waiting for the towel holder on the order. I have ordered many items this month and have been very pleased with the products and the service.
I've been getting Order # ******* in separate packages and at separate times and am still waiting on the curtain swags that are suppose to be shipped out on 09/11/2020. Wish I didn't have to wait as long for the remainder of this order but like the product and am willing to wait.

I feel your extra charges are ridiculous. You should be able to apply more than one code to an order.
