Shipping is great

Terrible experience with customer service in Phillipines. Were rude and could not understand me & I could not understand them. Had to ask to speak to American who spoke English & she was rude! I have spent hundreds of dollars with Collections & am very disappointed! Don't know if I will buy anything again or not!

I don't mind completing a survey, but I don't like being required to write a comment.

If that clock was blue I will eat my shirt, but to much trouble to return. Someone needs to get the blues straighten out, the clock is more of a green.
