FYI American Express credit cards have 4-digit security code shown on front of card. Tried to use my AMEX card but your site wanted 3-digit code so I had to use another card. You need to fix this.
My main dissatisfaction with this particular order was that I had to call twice before the "tracking number" even registered that the package had been sent. It apparently didn't leave your warehouse until 11 days after I first placed my order. Never had that issue before. Then when my order finally arrived, one of the items was defective, but you nicely offered a refund) and another was inferior and did not live up to the picture in the catalog. I have had such good service and products from you in the past, and was disappointed this time around. Normally, you would have gotten 5 stars.
Our order was returned. This was all broke or falling apart very sad quality.

Always great service. Very easy to work with should there be an issue. This order arrived in the timeframe I expected, in good condition and complete. For that, I'm happy!

Green shirt if lighter weight than I expected. Roto Sweeper works well and is light-weight and easy to handle. This is second time I ordered the lighted wreaths. I liked them so well that I had to order more. Infinity Scarves are good quality and nice color.
