Every time I get an order from collections I am pleased with the results and products.

I love shopping your site on line.
And i wish i could get 2 catologs to help me with mom. She loves your prices and items just like i do. But she cant work the computar. And it takes me hours atleast 2 to 3 times a week to sit and go though your site with her. 1 piece at a time. Lol, She loves ordering and getting packages delivered. Can you help

Love shopping in the catalog with all kinds of different things you would not find in a store. Never had a problem that they did not take care of.

I like all the products I have bought from them. I am only upset with one item. One I never received. It was a strainer I ordered almost a year ago. I have been in and out of the hospital and lost track of the receipt.

The webpage was a bit slow today but I am guessing many people are shopping. I enjoy the uniqueness of the gifts that are available on this website.

Difficulty entering promo code last night and when I tried this morning, it said code was invalid because you had a new promo code. My balance last night would have been $2.50 less.

Easy on line missing a part, then they where out of stock, so couldn't get another one. They did give me a credit till march.

Why do I have to pay a $2.50 charge?
