You have a lot of products that I am interested in but I have limited financial means to get it all.

Very happy with items I have purchased from Collectionsetc.

Not happy with packaging and lack of directions with the product. But then again I bought cheap so should have expected cheap!

On? "How satisfied with product?" I don't know yet they are gifts

Too bad a lot of items I was looking for were either out of stock or would be shipped after Christmas.

It took awhile because my original order was not sent the first time. Instead another item was shipped in
Its place under the tracking order. Contact with customer service corrected the problem and a replacement
Order shipped and received. Each time I contacted customer service I received personnel willing to help me
And every effort made resulted in me getting everything I order.

Purchased a 'Friend' throw for a gift. Appears to be very nice. Also purchased a Fur Wizard which I am not impressed with. Doesn't do the job of picking up dog hair and lint as well as other lint brushes I have that were cheaper and the self cleaning feature doesn't seem to work at all. Should have returned it, but didn't keep the packaging.

I am normally satisfied with my purchases.
