I ordered the decorative light up boxes. I received them minus the lights for one box. I called customer service twice. First time I was told it was a separate shipping. Second time I was told the first customer service lied and that they were all sold out. I received a partial payment back for a product I can't use.
Wanted to check as see if I could add another item to my order and was kicked out and had to start over. Hope I don't get a duplicate order! I do have a problem with delivery from Collections, the orders are sent by United States Postal Service which means any large boxes are held at the Post Office 10 miles from my residence and it is extremely difficult for me to get there and retrieve my package. Could you not use Fed Ex or UPS?
