Very happy with the Winter Cardinal Quilt set. However, the bed skirt you sell in blue does not exactly match the blue in quilt set. Thought about returning for the scalloped bed skirt, but not sure if same blue color.

I was very surprised that I received my order in such a short time;especially this time of the year.
When I contacted customer services, the gentleman I dealt with was not helpful at all! The tracking said my order (placed on Nov. 27th) was delivered on December 6 but I never received the shipment( it was now Dec. 14th). He told me he couldn't help me and I would have to figure it out for myself. I asked to speak with a manager and he said "Why?" He pretend to get a manager after I requested someone with more authority 3 times. He then told me they were busy. I never once became angry even at his rudeness and even told him he did nothing wrong when I requested a manager, but that I wanted someone with more authority.
Because of this experience I will never order from this company again and I will be sure and tell anyone I know not to order from you either. I like your products and your prices but I do not like being treated with disrespect and being told to figure it out myself. There are plenty of other business that know how to help and take care of the customers.

Quick and easy. But bread is was dented in the corner even though it was packaged well. Had to be dented before shipping. Will return it. And show zippers operate w great difficulty.

Some of the products "Made in China" had some imperfections (ex. Scroll Insulated Sheen Curtain Panel), but you get what you paid for.
