I really like ordering with collections etc.
I'm an older person that just seemed to have the need of visually seeing and touching a product. But after receiving your catalog I really liked the looks of the bedspread, shams etc. I AM TRULY delighted with the items I received. Plus I had ordered 2 shams and my initial delivery only had one. I called customer service and spoke with a Barbara and she was so nice, very professional. I have received that 2nd sham and my bed ensemble looks tremendous. Thank you and you have a very pleased customer.

I have ordered from Collections many, many times each year. I like to change the decor in my home with each season or holiday and their items are cute and inexpensive so it makes it easy to do this.
Every once in a while, one of the items I ordered does not get packed in the box that gets shipped. This happened with my order from this past Nov. 2017; although the packing slip stated it was included. I called Collections Customer Service and she immediately took care of it, sending the item right out without too many questions.
I love almost all the items I have ordered over the years. Again, every once in a while an item may be very disappointing in quality but it's rare and the price needs to be considered in these cases.
I have always have bad a good experience when I have ordered from collections.etc.
