I believe the product was described differently in your catalog. It was a little music box that was supposed to be motion activated inside a toilet paper roll. However when I receive the product once you activated the batteries, the music played continually and would not stop unless the batteries were removed. This is not what I thought I ordered, and not what I wanted.

Website fairly easy to use, but a lot of stuff out of stock and backordered. Finally got the last of it today (12/19). Yay!
I DO NOT appreciate being forced to talk to foreigners when calling customer service. They do no speak English clearly and have a difficult time understanding the issue. I have been trying for well over a month to get a defective item replaced. The item comes in red and green. The defective item was green and, even though, your incompetent customer service staff keep telling me they are shipping a green one, I keep getting red ones. I checked on 12/16 to see when I would receive the replacement. They said it has been shipped, it is green and to give it a couple more days. It is item #*******, solar mercury glass dangler. One of the biggest problems is that you don't provide tracking info for replacement orders or a replacement order number. REALLY WANTED THIS ITEM BEFORE CHRISTMAS!

I did receive a few of the friendship angels that purchased for gifts and 1 had a hunk of plaster on her chin but you sent me a new one right away, also had to touch up on the paint on 4 of the others to make them look nicer. All in all though I am always pretty happy with what I receive.
