Experience was good. Haven't had any problems with anything I have ever ordered.

Preferred to phone in order but received recording that number was no longer in service.

Items were shipped promptly and arrived in good condition.

So far I am pleased with everything that I received except for the purse. If came with one of the top zippers messed up. It was only $6.00 so it would have cost me almost that much to send it back. My husband worked on the zipper so hopefully it will work now. If not, I guess my granddaughter will have a new purse to play with.

I hate that I am charge more for shipping because I live in Alaska! Working in the mailing industry for 25 +6 years, I know flat rate shipping is the same cost no matter where you live in the US! I am moving forward with order as it is a Christmas present, but I will let everyone I know not to order as it is a rip off on the shipping!

I don't like speaking to people in a forgeign countries. This person did not have a good command of the English language. Very poor communication. Also it took a month for your company to fill the order. On other orders it did not take this long to receive my items.

I ordered a Christmas top in 3XL so it would be plenty big. It's way too small. I will need refund instructions.

Loved the item but it came chipped and it's too late for me to send back because I need it as a christmas gift...so was very upset about that.

Cover is too large for our recliner.

I have been very pleased with them. There were a couple of issues during this holiday season & I cancelled a couple of items. My confidence has gone down when I see one thing of line, & in placing the order has it confirmed but speaking to a person am told they are out of the items. I tried again and it said it was available the following promotions continued to confirm availability.
