The whole process was easy in ordering the quilt and matching shams and delivery was excellent!
I have always received my orders in a timely manner. I placed this current order on Dec. 1st, and received all but one item in less than two weeks, as usual. I did not receive the last item until the 21st. When I ordered it it stated that it was in stock, so I do not understand why this last item in my order was so much later than the rest. I ordered it early for a Christmas Party and received it too late for the party so had to purchase another gift. I tried to track the package and it said it had not been shipped yet so I called customer service on the 20th and was told that it would be delivered the next evening by FedEx. It was delivered by the postal service.?

I have always had a good experience when I shopped with collection. My order always arrived in a timely manner. I am really impressed with my back order of 4 items which was due to arrive january 5,2018, but instead arrived December 20,2017. Thanks from a happy shopper.
I had to return the tops because they were too large. I requested an exchange and hope to get the new tops soon.

Easy, good variety at sale prices. Didn't realize the lighthouse picture wasn't framed; came in a roll which will take awhile to straighten out. Picture of it on your website slightly deceiving!
