The white, three-tiered, slim stand fits perfectly between the washer and dryer. It was missing one of the wheels, but a call to customer service quickly resolved the issue. Another stand was sent and received within a week. Not bad for the holidays!

The delivery system is also good and I usually received my package when it indicates I should. Overall, collectionsetc.com provides a very good service at an excellent price.

On 11/10/17 I placed an order, which was NOT shipped until 11/20/17. I did NOT receive the order until November 26. On Nov. 27,2017 I returned items and it is now January 8,2018, and STILL NO REFUND! They keep saying that PayPal is rejecting the refund - which I find HARD to believe! Poor customer service - I just keep getting excuses - and today they tell me they will send me, not 1, but 2 refund checks with 7-10 business days!
