I contacted customer service on an order I placed before Christmas. Christmas ornaments that were mostly defective. Poorly made and I wanted another 2 orders sent to me that were made as advertised. I was made to ship them back and charged to ship them back. At $14.99 for 8 ornaments@ 2 orders, I expect them to be made as shown. They were sloppy made and tops glued on crooked. Up set over customer service right now for that.
