I had to call to find out what the promo code was since I could not find it in the email...in fine print on a black background down below the advertising. Definitely not a "friendly thank you" for signing up!
2nd note: I received my order, but one item was missing/back ordered. I was waiting for my credit card statement before I answered your questions. I've found out I was NOT charged for the missing item, so I hope this is the end of our transaction.
My only hesitation and why only 4 stars is because of having to pay a processing fee. I don't feel it is necessary. Very few other companies charge it or they include it hidden in the cost of items.
Decent experience
I love your products and prices. I have never had to call customer service for any of my purchases, but I did however call recently to order a catalog to be sent to my mother since she doesn't like to use the internet.
I've ordered many things over the past years and always been satisfied. This item was on back order and just arrived. It's perfect.
