I placed an order the first of November for several items needed for Christmas, including one item on backorder. I checked my account frequently only to watch the backorder date continuously shifting. Finally, the second week of Dec., after being told the item was in and would ship within 24 hours, the available date on My Account changed to Jan. 8,2018 and a phone call verified the same to me so I cancelled the order. One week later, I checked the website, saw the same item suddenly in stock and available, reordered and had it shipped to me in less than a week. Why then all the problems with the original order and the spoken lies and dishonesty of customer service and its supervisors?

Everything was accurate and package well. Arrived on time. The grave site arrangement Seemed to be a little cheaply made. Reminded of something I could buy at the dollar store. However, I was still pleased with my order in general.

Love your catalog. You have great items I can't find anywhere else. Always arrives when you say it will.
Items are photographed nicely, prices are great. Items that are delivered to me do not always look as nice as what I see online, particularly if fabric is involved. Fabrics are often flimsy.

They notified me close to Christmas that the T-shirt was backordered, so I selected an alternate, as they suggested I do. Then a few days before Christmas, they notified me that the alternate was backordered. Not a happy customer.
I ordered a tabletop tree that did not light up with repeated tries. I was disappointed since i did not have time to get another one before Christmas. I decided that i was not going to return since i would have to pay 7.99$ in shipping and the tree was 13.99$. But I was pleasantly surprised when I told them my situation they did reimburse the full amount of the tree. Thank you Collections etc. I will order again in the future

Window candles with suction cups were bent and suction cups would not stick. Also remote controls must be used for each separate one.
After I placed the order, I got the message that the item I need right away wont ship for 6 weeks. FRUSTRATiNG
