Not happy that four of my items are not being sent as distributor ran out. Also, would help on your email you send to confirm if we got it, if you told us which order we should have received; I order a lot and don't need to go to the website and look up my account and find out which order I am suppose to have received.

Very nice quilt for the price. I saw it before Christmas, but it was on waitlist. Since it came back in, I decided to get it as a winter quilt -- turned out to be a great decision.

No fault of Collections, Etc., package was held up at a local FedEx station. Don't know why, but received the package on Saturday, January 13th, in good condition.
