My experience with your company has been outstanding for the last 14+ years I've been with you. If I have any problems with an order, a one-time call will solve my issues/s within a couple of minutes, replacement is never a problem, missing items sent out at no charge with an apology, and I tell others about you all the time. The price is not comparable to other retailers, but, are lower and the products work better. I always look into your catalog or online before I go to the local area markets to shop for an item. The customer service is outstanding also. The representatives are very polite, helpful, courteous, and efficient. I thank you for letting me be your customer and enjoy the comfort of ordering from my home without all the hassle you get when shopping in the marketplace.
