Collections Etc. makes it so easy to shop from home. I like I can save items in my cart, it gives email reminders and I only buy if I get free shipping which is offered very frequently. I also like to be able to read the reviews others have written prior to purchasing. Shipping is quick and able to track package on line through out the shipping process.

Catalog is confusing and check out is full of booby traps trying to get me to commit to a longer term relationship.

Easy to maneuver through pages to select items. Was able to find what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay.

Only problem is that one item is on back order, so I am still waiting for that item to be shipped. Have ordered from Collections, Etc. several times and always have received good servicer and items.
