The Christmas themed shirts I ordered were a bit too small for me, but I kept them as gifts for next Christmas - too cute to send back. Recommend ordering a size up, which I did - another set is coming for me!

Collections has a lot of products to choose from - easy to order --- easy to return if necessary --- many ways of ordering -- delivery is pretty quick. Most items I have bought have been satisfactory and I have not had the need to return them.

My order was shipped to my old address. My catalogs come to my new address. I have lived here now for 3 years. I am not sure how to get my items shipped to the proper address. Luckily the people at the old house were home and know my number so they called and I went and got my package.

I ordered the Cat in the Christmas Tree in November and again in December, with each order. I never received it. I kept getting the message that it would ship at a later date, but it never came with my orders. I don't understand why no one said that the item was out of stock instead of saying it was coming later. Otherwise, I like my other items.

I'm a regular collections shopper, and I'm usually very satisfied with my purchases.
