Well satisfied with what I ordered.

I have ordered from Collectiions for a long time and always pleased.

I signed out to see if there was any code I needed and instead went from no shipping to 2.99 shipping and a handling charge. Call it what it is.

Opinion survey was e-mailed a week before I even received the merchandise, so of course I couldn't respond. It was worth the wait however, because I am very pleased with the quality of the merchandise.

This item was something I have looked at for awhile. They are exactly what was advertised and they look nice. Price was reasonable and I was happy with the service.

The only thing wrong you are way too slow shipping.other wise i would give you a 10.thanks Doug

I did have some confusion if the order was placed. I placed a 2nd order - as I couldn't see if it went through. So... ended up with some duplicates. I did just returned some of the duplicates. Just would like the order to immediately show up on the order history ( or get the email very quickly) However, very happy with Collections

1 item was backordered, another item was missing and I received an item I did not order. Still waiting on backordered item item and the replacement item.

I have been pleased with everything I have purchased through Collections. The prices are an extra advantage when I am looking to see what goodies have been added. I'm a dedicated customer.

Excellent as always but this time the FedEx SurPost shipping was atroscious! Order sat in KansasCity warehouse for over a week while tracking msgs said it was on its way!

I waited for the Christmas sweater to co on sale. For the winter the fabric is too thin.
