Easy

Easy to navigate, but it took a long time to get here and I had to glue one item back together because it was broken.

The items I ordered were very beautiful, I'm very pleased... I have never sent anything back, always very happy with my purchase...

I have no problems with collections etc. I've ordered from them before. You get what you ordered in a timely fashion, packaged well. I got these bells on a good sale, I would never have payed full price for them, which is why I got them after Xmas, to use next year.

I ordered magnetic mini blind as I had done in the past only this time there was no piece to secure the bottom from bouncing when hung on my door. I had to buy a kit at Menard's in order to get the piece needed. This doubled the cost of the blinds but was cheaper than paying shipping to return items and then turn around and pay for the blinds again elsewhere.

Ordered 2 which placed my order available for free shipping. However, was shipped as 2 separate orders do not available for free shipping.

It arrived quickly and was of good quality.

I ordered embroidered table runners and table toppers. They were pretty in the catalog but so much moreso in person. The colors are vibrant, the embroidery is lovely and over all, very pretty. All were on sale so i feel extremely lucky to have gotten them. I am very satisfied and know that their recipients will love them as well.

The lighted snowflake angel does not light up well, and the head and wings were loose in the box.
