I am still waiting on an item,but not problem. When I received my order the table topper was the wrong color. I ordered blue and received ivory. I sent it back on Monday for correct item. I was happy to be able print free shipping label.

Will be returning these items my experience with Collections, etc has been very negative.

Pleased every item I ordered was in stock especially after holidays

The gel cushion would not add to my cart. I could only order it by going to the quick order and that took several tries before I was successful. The skillet rack will not hold my largest pan. The space is not wide enough.

I have ordered several different sets of table linens and love them. The colors are true to there pictures. They launder and press nicely. I plan on buying more.

1ST TIME TO PLACE ORDER, IT WOULD NOT GO THROUGH
I placed the order on January 4th and did not receive it until January 19th. It seems like you should be able to improve on the delivery service time.

Two of the items I bought were defective and that was disappointing. However, your customer service people provided a refund and I did not have to pay to return them.

Great products and pricing, honestly wish I'd gotten this catalog in time for Christmas. The shipping costs, however are godawful! Don't honestly know if I'll shop here again without a promo code for shipping

The snowflakes arrived in a timely basis. I bought a set last year and wanted to more. They stick well on clean windows.

Found some interesting little gift items at good prices, and also got free shipping! The succulents are so life-like, my daughter thought they were real. And she really liked her "daughter" pillow, especially that it was so well-made that it has a zippered cover!
