I am a regular customer and I love your products
The 2 tops I ordered were not the quality I expected for the price I paid. The throw is nice and the yard dog stack (3 dogs stacked together) is very cute but flimsy thin metal. I purchased a similar dog dressed in a Santa Suit to decorate my yard at Christmas and it broke the day I attempted to put it in the yard. The metal stakes provided are screwed on and any pressure will cause it to break. They are very cute but I would not recommend them unless you are going to hang them on something.
Mirror quality is not as good as I would like but it still will be functional for travel

I had no problem at all. Nice & easy. I had to send back the berber "L" shaped carpet I ordered because it was really too big for the corner I planned to use it in. C/S rep was very nice and it is on its way back to you. I always enjoy shopping with you!

By the time tax and shipping is added, the total price is too high for some items.
In the age of Amazon Prime, I feel that your shipping and handling costs are too high. The day after I placed my order, I received an email with an offer for free shipping! (And that was after I had called before placing my order to see if any reduced shipping promotions were available--and was told that there were none.) Up to that point, my shopping experience was discouraging. When I called Customer Service again, the representative stated that Collections offers a one-time waiver of shipping costs. That was fine, but how about lowering your shipping costs in general and/or offering free shipping for orders over a reasonable amount? Had two other family members not ordered along with me (for 3 of the same item), I would not have purchased my item, since the cost of shipping and handling was more than the product itself.
