I was very disappointed in placing my order and how extra money was added on when it was not clear when ordering that an extra shipping fee would be applied. When I called and questioned this I was told that the writing is there and that I must have not paid close enough attention to all the writing on the product.
I also feel that if you have a promo code that says free shipping above $45 then ALL shipping should be free. This hidden shipping price is ridiculous!
Yes it was an overall good experience. The pine cone area rug is fraying at one corner already,which is disappointing. But the other products were good.
