On a recent order, I received a defective product. When I called for a resolution, I was told to get rid of the defective product, which I did, and then I got a certificate instead of a refund for about a 1/3 of the price I paid for the original item. I don't consider that fair for receiving a crappy, defective product that I offered to send back.

Did not receive all of the items in the set I ordered. They could not replaced the item, but issued a merchandise certificate for the full amount and told me to keep the part I did receive. Very good customer service.

Easy ordering and received my shipment in full. My seat covers are already on my dining room chairs and I used my fur wizard on my sofa to remove pet hair. It works great.

The bedspread was very cheap looking. Not worth the price. I returned it.
