I like the items Collections Inc. offers. Some are unique and hard to find else where. Twice now, my shipping order has items checked off that should be in my order but are not. I have either been sent the wrong items or not the correct number. I just received an item not placed in my original order. I will probably continue my shopping because of the items you offer at a great price. Thanks

Ordered curtains, they were very thin not what I was looking for. Send back a few days after I received them and still do not have my credit. I've called several times and they keep telling me they received them back but it takes about 10 days to get that through. I called my credit card company today they are looking into the matter.I ordered different curtains and could not get them to tie up like the picture showed I tryed everything it didn't work, so I sent those back and same thing you have received them but I have not been issued my credit. I order a lot of things that I keep and I know at the prices they are not expensive items but get our credit back on our credit card. Thank you
I have ordered many items for several years for myself and for gift giving. And I still have many of those items.So when I am shopping for a gift or for myself I know for a fact that I will be purchasing good quality items at very reasonable prices.

It is deceiving when you put a promo code and pay via Paypal. It shows full price on Paypal website until it sends you back to Collections Etc website. You should fix this so discount shows before going to Paypal.

The backsplash stick-on tiles are a great value for the price and quite easy to use.
The magnetic necklace extenders are poor quality as the clasps on 2 of them broke when I opened them.
