On my last 2 orders I specifically asked to have them shipped to my street address. Both orders were shipped to my PO Box. The packages were too large and/or heavy for me to manage by myself. That was the purpose of asking to have them delivered to my home. I have placed many large orders with you but will have to reconsider ordering from you if the packages are not delivered to the location I choose. Your products are unique and I have no issue with them. I have always been happy with whatever I ordered. But please pay attention to shipping instructions.

I placed my order on Feb 4th. Had to call numerous times to find out what was going on with my order. Finally received order on Feb 23, which seems like way too long, and one item still has not shipped.

Shopping experience is fine, easy to find online what I saw in catalog that I wanted to purchase. Shipping and processing fees are too high. I'm used to free shipping with other companies and really hesitated on purchasing this item because of the shipping cost.
