I prefer ordering online so i don't have to listen to the annoying sales pitches.

Very slow in communication. Cancelled an item without letting me know for weeks.

Easy to order and great pricing. Love the leaves bedding comforter and sheet set. Also happily surprised that the flowers did not get squished during transport. They look great. I will order again from this company and would recommend to others.

Not typical to have a problem ordering from Collections Etc. If I don't do the order right away sometimes you run out of a product. In the future you might want to put the order number or the list of products purchased on this survey email. I had to go try to figure out which order it was and what was in it to be able to answer your questions. Good thing I had kept my original order emails.

It took 30 days for it to arrive and it was a birthday present. I was sure it would arrive in two weeks
