The products themselves were fine. What ever they were packaged in was all but toxic. The odor has taken this long to come out of the seat pad. It still remains in the slippers which I have had out side to air almost daily and have to store in garage the rest of the time. Had to get the box out immediately. I have never received anything like it. Sorry as usually I enjoy shopping with you.
