Always a fun adventure seeing all the wonderful items offered on-line and in the catalog. Great items, good prices, good customer service and "free" shipping will keep me coming back time-after-time.

I had a terrible time trying to place my order. When I attempted to add items to my cart, the "wheel" just kept spinning. I waited over 15 minutes for the "wheel" to stop and finally had to log out and log back in to be able to order.

Order was alright. No problem.

My order was not complete. They were missing 2 items, and I already paid for them. So I had to call customer service to have the other 2 items shipped which meant I had to wait 7-10 days for the shipping. That should have not happened. I should have received them earlier. But what can you do.

I am very happy with all the items I received. Almost always good quality and the only time I had a problem you fixed it immediately. Thank you for your catalogs, they are fun and affordable merchandise which is exactly what I want and enjoy.

Order was complete and undamaged. The package took almost a month to get to me. The last couple of shipments have taken about 3 weeks to reach me. That's a really long time in this age of shipping.
