Collections has always been a great place to shop. They handle any problems immediately and favorable. They often have great shipping discounts which is usually something I wait for before buying. I've been shopping with them for years now and plan to continue.

A $2.75 "order processing fee" is an outdated practice that should at the very least be noted on every single product page unless the point of it is simply to add $ to unsuspecting customer's orders and hope they won't be angry enough at checkout to buy elsewhere. Aside from that aspect, the items are unique and affordable for the most part.
