Some info wasn't given such as the Fire and Ice roses. But otherwise I had a good experience I've ordered flowers before and they have come in dead. The company said it's just dormant. Well they weren't they were dead. I was pleased to see green stems and fresh sprouts on the Fire and Ice roses. Thank you

I have ordered from Collections many times and I'm always satisfied with the products. This shipment, however, contained chair covers that don't fit my chairs. I was reluctant to order them because the size was not provided in the catalog, but I did anyway. Now I have six chairs covers that are useless to me. I would like to return them but I don't want to pay for shipping. How do I go about doing this?
