I like all of the products that i purchased except for the flower that i ordered it was all dried and dead when it arrived very disappointed on that item but the rest were just perfect i like them all.
I was shopping online and it said sign up for email get 10% off and free shipping. I placed my order and put code in. I did not get a discount or free shipping. I called customer service and was told the code was for 15% off. Well i did not get that! I then explained to the supervisor what the issue was and he saud the discount was obly if i spent $50. That is not what the website said! The website also says 100% customer satisfaction! Well I found that to be a lie also. I told them ti just cancel my order! They canceled the order without any care that they are losing a customer! Cheating people is more important to this company then keeping happy customers! I gave it a 1 star because I had to. If I could not give a star at all I would do just that. They do not deserve tge 1 star!
