Always pleasurable with collection

It has taken forever to get the items I ordered and then they did not look like the pictures. Also some of the items are very poor quality, my biggest concern is I had put a order in last evening the 10th and it just disappeared no order # or anything with my cc # on it, I called but they have answered everything but where my order is, its not in my cart. Very upset

Not too happy with there service. Having an issue with the credit card. Was notified last week. Placed the order on April 20th. Why so long in letting me know? Anyway I told them to cancel the order and reimburse my credit card for the amount. This way I can check with the credit card company and straight out the issue. Poor communication on there part.
