My experience with collectionsetc. Has been very good. I received multiple communication emails regarding a backordered item I had ordered. I really feil that customer appreciation is high on their list to keep a customer satisfied.

I sent the bedspread back. The top of it has no ruffles so the sheet and mattress show. Very disappointing.
Part of my order was held up for 10-11 days. I kept going into the order to check it, and it kept saying pending, not shipped yet, something like that. I finally emailed customer service to ask what the hold up was. I got an email back telling me to just click on the order number to see where the order process was at. I had already done that! So then I called customer service. She was helpful, looked into the order and was not sure why part of the order was held up, maybe out of stock items?, but did something and said it would be reworded as 'shipped' by the next day. That did the trick and the items arrived a few days later. One item was a birthday present, but it was too late, the birthday girl did not get her present in time. But, she understood and will get it this month (May).
Shipped quickly in good condition.

I received the April 21 shipment, however, I returned one item from that order. I returned #******* Miss med denim capris for $16.99. The returned item was received at your facility on 5/2/18 at 8:20 a.m. I am waiting on my credit card being credited with the $16.99.
I am amazed in the quality of the products I ordered (fairy garden items). They are so detailed and beautiful. The prices are reasonable and create a darling garden. I have to say through the years everything I have ordered has been great, from kitchen items to clothes.
