Everything has gone well with this purchase. There was a problem with one of the cushions after I received my order. The one that is sat on popped 2 sets of the buttons after just 1 week of use. The cushion used for the back is fine. I like the cushions but that was disappointing.

When I order from Collections Etc., I always get what I ordered and in a very good length of time.

Once received I was somewhat disappointed with the wreath. The flowers were sparce on one side of the circle while the other side was dense and full.

One item was defective and instead of sending me a new one, they gave me a gift certificate for that item which I can obviously only use at their site. Since there will be shipping charges, that is not the same as sending me a non defective item.
