No special comments...shopping was easy.
When I received the bedspread it was of very poor quality. I was extremely disappointed and have returned it. I was also disappointed that I had to pay shipping to send it back for something that was such poor quality.
It is always fun to get a catalog from Collections. I usually buy something every time I get a new one!
Love their sales and closeouts...but some items are in the sale bin at the same price they are in the catalog.or some "new" items have been in the catalogs all summer...and some items that are no longer available are still listed for sale in the catalogs like item *******...this has been in every catalog and it is no longer available...we would love to purchase one or more of these solar garden turtles.
Most of my experiences have been great. I am still waiting on my order from February 22,2018. They shipped a wrong item and then didn't ship one item I ordered. I also returned a shirt that was too large. I have not received payment refund for the returned shirt and I did not receive the curtain I order. I reordered the curtain in my order of May 26,2018 and received it. I have never received payment back on the original order in February which consists of 2 items I paid for. Whenever I call the number listed it always says not in order and my emails are not answeted except for one that I sent on facebook.
I love you guys! You have everything you need for every room in the house. Even outside. Always sales markdowns give us more!
My grand daughter loved the dolls and the Beach Ball that sprays water. I recommend each highly.
I ordered a package of two Ornamental grasses and they looked dead when they came. I am not sure if they will come out of it or not.

I did receive everything I ordered & everything was in good shape. However the quilt which I ordered wasn't the exact colors that was pictured. I would have preferred the color distribution on the quilt be what was pictured in the catalog, but the one I received was ok for my purposes.
I also was charged shipping on the order which I thought was supposed to be free shipping. It did take a couple phone calls to get the shipping charge cancelled, but eventually it was taken care of.

I never had a problem so far when ordering from Collections Etc
I ordered the navy blue braided rug but was disappointed with the color - the center which I assumed was white, looks like a dirty gray and gives the overall rug a dirty look. But I will have my coffee table over it so guess it won't matter.
