In the past months I have ordered several quilts, pillow shams, throw pillows, wall décor, and home accent items. Most of the items were for my own home and some were for wedding and birthday gifts; the recipients were very satisfied. Yesterday I contacted your customer service department to indicate that two items that were indicated as shipped were not in the box that I received. I was so very pleased were the customer service representative simply took my information and indicated the quilt and the (2) pack shams would be shipped. Thank you,

The only problem I had was when I got the box the packing tape had come half way off and it looked like maybe someone had opened it, but everything was in there that I ordered. I don't think the packing tape was strong enough to stick to the box, or they didn't press it down so it would stick good.
