I have ordered things from Collections Etc several times throughout the years. I have never been disappointed with my purchases.

I buy from collections quite a lot and love the quality of their merchandise and the price. I also find very unique things.

I ordered a storage type bag to put blankets in and the zipper was broken on it when I took it out of the bag. Also, I order the Seat Saver for my couch so it would be more comfortable and it hasn't helped. I loved the skirt, though and also the magazine rack. I didn't wend the items I was dissatisfied with back because I do not have the time or energy to do so.

The items I was looking for were easily found on your website.

I really do love your products but I did have a challenge with the website I put in a promotional code and everything was alright until I sent the order in than the price showed no code and i knew it was there when it was sent through but customer service helped me out when I contacted them
