I initially order both of these items in large, they fit perfect when they came. After I washed them both of them shrank in the waist and length. I returned them, re-order in XL and both of them fit loose so I thought well since the large sizes shrank when washed, the XL will to and should fit better. Funny neither one of these shrank at all so they are still very loose. Maybe the first two were just defective.

Sometimes I get a very helpful customer service representative and other times not at all. Unfortunately, I don't feel there is much I can do to rectify the situation. I was even told once that there was no supervisor working in that area. I did make quite a stuff over it but I still don't know if the issue will be taken care iof until I get my refund. Overall, I love this site and their prices so I will continue to shop here until I feel it is impossible to fix issues.
