Still waiting for my credit to show up for broken item. Why do your charges show up immediately
But credits take weeks?

The outdoor carpet I wanted was no longer available. The elbow-length garden gloves were also no longer. Disappointed.

I have always been satisfied with my purchases from Collections. The prices are good and the quality is always there.

Ordering on line from your company is not user friendly. Too many pop ups and "teaser" deals that does not apply to present order. Then you flood email account with your mail.

Quick and easy to order, items arrive in a timely manner and great customer service

The quality of the red, white & blue door decoration was poor. The red bird on it had a white spot right on the front that I tried to cover up with a red marker and the white bird house was glued on crooked and has blue marks on it.

I had no problems of any kind today with my order
