This order was placed by my cousin for her new home in Pennsylvania and I paid for it. The bill to was fine, but the ship to had my name, her address and city with my state and zip code. I clled your customer service dept after calling the postal service because of the state error. The post office said I can't change the info, only the shipper can. Your rep refused to help, so I HAD TO chase the package down and a local postal rep was kind enough to fix the error. DO NOT SEND me any more emails
