I sent back 3 items. Not because of quality - but because they were not what I expected.

Found some great things and everything was fantastic. Definitely will be shopping here again.

Got the stuff OK, and it was just what we wanted

My experience was good. I found the products I wanted and ordered them and received them within days of my order. I was also please with the products.

Had a glich in my last order; I contacted them that I had received the wrong item and they immediately told me to keep the item and they would send out the correct one. I received that the other day.

All the products are as advertised and like everything. The 4th of July banner is a little cheesy. Doesn't look as large as the picture in the catalog indicates. In the future I will pay closer attention to the product description and sizes.

I have never had a bad experience with CollectionsETC. I have purchased items from them over the years and always have had a positive experience. The items are always as they appear and the cost is very reasonable. I absolutely LOVE my recent purchase of some outdoor items.

I've never had any problem receiving items I've ordered -- and I'm at an FPO address to which packages often get delayed.
