Shirt sizes too small
Your website would not accept my credit card number. It kept saying "invalid fotmat". When I called customer service the person didn't know how to help me. This problem has happened agIn. I am positive I am entering correctly it is a system glitch on your side.
I thought I got free shipping but it wouldn't take my promo code.
I did send the demin capri back, because they was to large. I did enclose a money order for $7.99 to cover the cost of returning a medium size back to me.

This was very frustrating. I was trying last night to place an order but I couldn't place the pillow shams in my cart--an error message came up. Repeatedly. Today, I was able to go in, get the shams in my cart but your site disliked my official address--I had to fiddle with the spacing, etc. Oh--and then, because I was on my phone initially, I couldn't get to the submit or place order button and ended up having to cancel my paypal transaction, turn on my laptop, place the items in the cart again, go to paypay again...finally I was able to place the order. I've ordered from you before and don't recall having to jump through so many hoops.
Each table runner adds much to my seasonal decor. I am very pleased with quality, and price.
