I love your merchandise it is just the delivery takes too long.

Would recommend shopping Collections etc. Easy ordering. Items came in a timely manner. Slippers ordered true to size. We will see how warm coat is when winter arrives.

I ordered a Steelers Fandana gaiter and I received a Packers Fandana for $18.99. I can't wear that in Pittsburgh. The other two items I ordered were fine.

Received the wrong color. When I called, the associate solved the problem immediately. I am very happy about the resolution.

I had to call customer support because I received a wrong item and didn't get one of the items I ordered. I talked with Nathan and he was very kind and courteous! He shipped me the correct item while I was on the phone. Great customer service!
